Appointment Booking & Deposits. To secure a service, a confirmation is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Late Policy. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so, or a "no-show," will result in the forfeiture and service fee for no-shows.
Maintenance & Aftercare. Clients acknowledge that extensions are an investment requiring professional maintenance every 6–8 weeks. Failure to follow provided home care instructions—such as using sulfate-free products and avoiding bonds when conditioning—may void any service guarantees.
Returns & Refunds. Hair extension purchases are non-refundable once installed or altered.
Limitation of Liability. The salon is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect at-home aftercare, allergic reactions to materials, or services performed by third-party stylists.
Salon Conduct. The Hair Extension Room maintains a zero-tolerance policy for non-inclusive, rude, or inappropriate behavior towards staff or other guests.
2026 Service Updates. Effective January 1, 2026, a processing fee (e.g., 3%) may apply to all card transactions. Service prices are subject to change without notice to reflect industry trends and product costs.
